Job Title: Driver Recruiter (Full-Time)

Schedule: Full-Time with Rotating Saturday (Every Few Months)

Position Overview

Coastal Carriers is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Driver Recruiter to join our growing Recruiting Department. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys answering phones, connecting with people, and helping candidates find the right job placement opportunities.

If you have a positive personality, strong communication skills, and are comfortable working with technology and online databases, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from driver applicants and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist candidates throughout the job placement and onboarding process
• Enter, track, and maintain accurate information in online databases and recruiting systems
• Conduct follow-up calls and provide timely status updates to applicants
• Represent the company professionally during recruiting events and presentations
• Communicate clearly and confidently with a diverse pool of candidates
• Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule every few months as required

Transportation or logistics industry background is a plus!
